Founder, owner and managing director of Eichhof Akademie in Schenkenhorst near Berlin · has run the facility with 35 stalls and 4 open stables since 2021.
Franziska Gutsche founded and built Eichhof Akademie - from a small riding facility into a versatile equestrian centre in southwest Berlin. Her passion for horses and her commitment to quality shape every aspect of the property.
As owner she is responsible for the overall management of the business, the strategic development of the facility and the breeding programme. The well-being of the horses always comes first: species-appropriate keeping, thoughtful training and a personal, family atmosphere.
Franziska Gutsche is also regional representative of the Xenophon Society for Classical Riding and Horse Training and is committed to horse-friendly, classically oriented training.
