2. Collection and storage of personal data
a) When visiting the website
When you call up our website, the browser used on your device automatically sends information to the server of our website. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called log file. The following information is recorded without your involvement and stored until automated deletion:
- IP address of the requesting computer
- Date and time of access
- Name and URL of the file accessed
- Website from which access is made (referrer URL)
- Browser used and, if applicable, the operating system of your computer as well as the name of your access provider
We process the data listed above for the following purposes:
- Ensuring a smooth connection of the website
- Ensuring comfortable use of our website
- Evaluating system security and stability
- For further administrative purposes
The legal basis for the data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR. Our legitimate interest follows from the data collection purposes listed above. We do not under any circumstances use the collected data to draw conclusions about you personally.
b) When using our contact form
For all kinds of questions, we offer you the option of contacting us via a form provided on the website. Providing a valid email address and your name is required so that we know who the request is from and can answer it. Further information may be provided voluntarily.
Data processing for the purpose of contacting us takes place pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a GDPR on the basis of your voluntarily given consent. The personal data collected by us for the use of the contact form is automatically deleted once your inquiry has been resolved.
3. Contact form
When you send us inquiries via the contact form, the information you provide there, including the contact details you provide, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.
The processing of the data entered in the contact form therefore takes place exclusively on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR). You can withdraw this consent at any time. An informal email is sufficient. The lawfulness of the data processing operations carried out before the withdrawal remains unaffected by the withdrawal.
The data you provide in the contact form will remain with us until you ask us to delete it, withdraw your consent to storage, or the purpose for storage no longer applies. Mandatory legal provisions — in particular retention periods — remain unaffected.
4. Cookies
Our website uses cookies in some areas. Cookies do not damage your computer and do not contain viruses. Cookies serve to make our offering more user-friendly, more effective and more secure. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer and saved by your browser.
Most of the cookies we use are so-called session cookies. They are deleted automatically at the end of your visit. Other cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. These cookies allow us to recognise your browser on your next visit.
You can configure your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies and only allow cookies in individual cases, exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or in general, and activate the automatic deletion of cookies when the browser is closed. If cookies are deactivated, the functionality of this website may be limited.
Cookies that are required to carry out electronic communications or to provide certain functions you have requested are stored on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.
5. Hosting
This website is hosted by an external service provider (host). The personal data collected on this website is stored on the host's servers. This may include in particular IP addresses, contact requests, meta and communication data, contract data, contact details, names, website accesses and other data generated via a website.
The host is used for the purpose of fulfilling the contract with our potential and existing customers (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR) and in the interest of providing our online services securely, quickly and efficiently through a professional provider (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR).
Host is Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA. A Data Processing Addendum under Art. 28 GDPR is in place; transfers to the USA rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Privacy policy: https://vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.
6. Google Maps integration
On this website we use Google Maps. This allows us to show you interactive maps directly on the website and lets you conveniently use the map function. By visiting the website, Google receives the information that you have called up the corresponding subpage of our website. This happens regardless of whether Google provides a user account through which you are logged in or whether no user account exists.
If you are logged in to Google, your data is assigned directly to your account. If you do not want this assignment to your Google profile, you must log out before activating the button. Google stores your data as user profiles and uses them for advertising, market research and/or for the design of its websites.
Google Maps is used in the interest of an attractive presentation of our online services and to make it easy to find the locations we list on the website. This represents a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. You can find further information on the handling of user data in Google's privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy.

- Right to withdraw consent (Art. 7 para. 3 GDPR) — You have the right to withdraw your data protection consent at any time. The lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of consent until withdrawal is not affected by the withdrawal of consent.

Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your habitual residence, place of work or the place of the alleged infringement, if you consider that the processing of personal data concerning you violates the GDPR.
