Conny Faste is an experienced expert in movement studies who specialises in the biomechanical connections between rider and horse. With her solid training and many years of practice she shares valuable insights into how body awareness and balance can improve communication in the saddle. A clinic with Conny Faste gives riders the opportunity to analyse their own posture and refine it deliberately. Through her precise instructions and easy-to-follow exercises, participants can build a more harmonious connection with their horse. The focus is on better understanding movement patterns in order to prevent tension and to encourage the horse's relaxation. Conny Faste creates a pleasant learning atmosphere in which theory and practice are well aligned. Each session lasts 45 minutes.
