Terms of participation

Binding registration

Your registration is only binding once the participation fee has been paid. Payment is to be made without further request. As a rule, no invoice is issued. Where places are limited, binding registrations take precedence. If a seminar is fully booked, you will be notified immediately. Already paid seminar fees will be refunded. The same applies if a seminar is cancelled due to insufficient registrations. Confirmation of registration with further information about the schedule will be sent approximately 14 days before the seminar.

Withdrawal

In the case of non-attendance without prior cancellation or shortened attendance of a seminar, paid fees will not be refunded. We reserve the right to cancel announced seminars due to insufficient registrations or for other reasons. In that case, you will receive a full refund.

The following rules apply to our multi-day clinics:

  • Withdrawal must be made on time and in writing.
  • Cancellations up to 2 weeks before the start of the event are subject to a processing fee of EUR 15.00.
  • Cancellations within 2 weeks of the start of the event incur 50% of the clinic fee.
  • Non-attendance without cancellation, or breaking off the clinic, incurs 100% of the clinic fee.
  • On presentation of a medical certificate, the fee shown above is reduced by 20%. The certificate must reach Eichhof Akademie e.V. by post, fax or email no later than three days after the start of the clinic.

We reserve the right to cancel announced clinics due to insufficient registrations or for other reasons. In that case, you will receive a full refund.

Photos

By registering, participants consent to photographs being taken by Eichhof Akademie e.V. and to the publication of these photographs on social media. The grant of rights is made without compensation and includes the right to edit, provided that editing does not amount to distortion. If you do not wish to be photographed at one of our events, please let us know before the event.

Purpose of the collection, storage and disclosure of your data

The collection of your data via the registration form serves to register your sign-up for one of our seminars, clinics or events (in person/offline or digital/online). By registering, the participant agrees to the storage and processing of personal data (first and last name, address, phone number, date of birth, email) for the purpose of running the event and sending later information. Information is usually sent by email.

The data is stored for documentation purposes when public funds are accounted for, for up to 10 years after participation in a measure.

Names and phone numbers are made available to other seminar participants while entries are being made on the participant lists. Any other disclosure to third parties is excluded.

Any other use or processing beyond fulfilling its statutory duties and purposes (e.g. for advertising) is only permitted to Eichhof Akademie e.V. if it is required to do so for legal reasons or if you have given your consent. Sale of data does not take place.

Within the scope of the statutory provisions of the German Federal Data Protection Act (in particular §§ 34 and 35), you have the right to information about the data stored about you, its recipients and the purpose of storage, as well as the right to rectification, deletion or blocking of your data. The right to object to the processing of personal data pursuant to § 36 BDSG can be exercised by you at any time.
